Coogee Prep P&F
At Coogee Prep, the partnership between home and school is central to everything we do. Our Parents & Friends (P&F) Association is an active, welcoming network dedicated to building a strong school community, supporting educational initiatives, and organising social events for our families. When your son joins Coogee Prep, your whole family becomes part of our community.
Community & Social Events
The P&F brings parents, boys, staff, and extended families together through a variety of relaxed social gatherings, traditional school traditions, and major fundraisers throughout the year, including:
Father's Day & Mother's Day Breakfasts
Morning celebrations on campus where the boys host their parents and mother/father figures.
Father & Son Camps
Cherished weekend getaways creating lasting memories, bonding, and outdoor adventure.
Annual Mothers' Lunch
A popular social highlight celebrating the mothers and mother figures of our Coogee Prep community.
Fun Food Fridays
A student favourite throughout the term, serving special lunches for the boys.
Saturday Sport Sausage Sizzles
Bringing families together to cheer on the boys and host BBQs at selected home games.
Annual Boys & Staff Christmas Lunch
A cherished P&F-funded tradition hosted for all students and teachers to celebrate the end of the school year.
Grandparents & Special Friends Day
Opening our classrooms and campus so the boys can share their school experience with loved ones.
Social Evenings & Major Fundraisers
Informal drinks, year-group dinners, trivia nights, and our Annual Golf Day that bring parents together while raising vital funds.
Class Parent Network
Supporting classroom activities, coordinating volunteers, and keeping families connected.
Supporting Our Boys
Funds raised by the P&F go directly back into enhancing facilities, technology, and learning environments for all Coogee Prep boys.
Our most recent major initiative supported the transformation of our Library Learning Centre, a dynamic, multi-purpose space designed to host our Library and Digital Literacy lessons alongside a wide range of student activities.
Getting Involved
Every Coogee Prep parent is automatically a member of the P&F Association. Involvement is entirely flexible, whether you'd like to attend termly meetings, volunteer at a Saturday BBQ, or serve as a Class Parent, your support is always welcome.
